Thinking about starting therapy?

Starting therapy can feel daunting, overwhelming, or even sometimes scary - but hey, you already took that first step just by looking into a therapist!

Well done! Now let’s get to work - together.

Therapy is all about giving you the tools you need. Whether it be coping with stressors of daily life, processing difficult events, shaping your future, adjusting to change or simply learning more about yourself - I am here to help. As someone who has worked in the mental health field for over 8 years, I come prepared with a diverse toolbox to each and every session. The tools we will use together are dependent upon who you are, what you enjoy, and who you want to become. I have spent my career building my expertise by collecting different tools - paintbrushes for art therapy, journals for narrative therapy, question prompts to identify your values, coping skills to find ways to breathe when it feels impossible, diagrams of what goes on in the physical parts of our brain and bodies when we feel panicked, and so much more.

I work with my clients to create their very own customized toolbox, for those moments when you feel lost, overwhelmed, or helpless.

Let's work together to empower you to take back control over your life.
